Almond and pecan, with mild praline and fresh citrus zest flavors. Mild acidity and sweetness.

This is a blend we created to get us through that transition time between early spring (also known as winter here in Minnesota), and late spring (also known as mid-summer in most other parts of the country). It is a time when the river is running high, and we're all waiting out the high water so that we can enjoy the river for another season.

This coffee is a blend of Central American coffees, a light roast pleasing to the palate, appropriate for drip coffee, cold brew or pour over.
